What should be paid attention in food packaging?
If all of the foodstuff is not in a closed package, there are important points to pay attention. The paperboard to be used must be suitable for food, the ink and lac to be used for printing must have certificates which states that they are appropriate for the food and the human health and the internal surfaces of the paperboard touching with food must be covered with materials which are appropriate for the food. Unfortunately, most of the food manufacturers ignore the necessary attempts to take these precautions due to the cost pressure.
